At MuyBi, we know that downtime hurts. Whether you’re using our POS software or one of our rental/purchase devices, we’ve prepared easy-to-follow solutions for the most common issues.

🔌 1. Device Not Powering On

Possible causes:

  • Battery drained
  • Loose power cable
  • Faulty adapter

Steps to try:

  1. Connect the device to the charger for at least 30 minutes
  2. Try a different power socket
  3. Confirm if the power LED turns on
  4. If no response, contact MuyBi Support

🖨️ 2. Printer Not Working

Symptoms:

  • No print output
  • Blinking error light
  • Faded or broken lines

Steps to try:

  1. Check if the printer is powered on
  2. Make sure paper roll is properly inserted
  3. Clean the print head gently
  4. Restart POS and reprint
  5. Check printer settings in MuyBi POS software

🌐 3. POS App Not Syncing

Common reasons:

  • No internet connection
  • Server outage
  • App version outdated

Fix it:

  1. Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
  2. Restart the POS app
  3. Go to Settings → Check for Updates
  4. Try syncing again
  5. If still stuck, report via in-app support

🧾 4. Billing Errors / Missing Orders

Quick steps:

  • Refresh the order dashboard
  • Check filters (date/time/store)
  • Look in "Offline Transactions" section
  • Re-sync with cloud (Settings → Sync Now)

If errors persist, share the Order ID with our support team.

👥 5. User Login Issues

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you’re entering the correct credentials
  2. Click “Forgot Password” to reset
  3. Ask the admin to verify if your user is active
  4. If using Google/OTP login, confirm your account access

🔒 6. Device Locked or Frozen

  • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
  • Wait for reboot
  • If issue repeats, reset the device (after backup)

⚠️ For rental devices, please do not perform factory resets without MuyBi authorization.
